About the data processing

Webshop software
Our website is developed with software from Squarespace. Personal data which is available to us for the benefit of our services will be shared with this party. Squarespace has access to your data to provide us (technical) support, they will never use your data for any other purpose. Squarespace are obliged to take appropriate security measures on the basis of the agreement we have concluded with them. Squarespace use cookies to gather technical information regarding your use of the software, personal data is collected and / or stored in accordance with the legal requirements of the European Union.

E-mail and mailing lists
Our website uses G-Suite, part of Google a third party that handles the e-mail traffic from our website and if applicable the sending of any newsletters. All confirmation emails that you receive from our website and web forms are sent via the Google servers and Google Cloud. G-Suite will never use your name and email address for their own purposes. At the bottom of every e-mail sent automatically via our website you will see the 'unsubscribe' link. If you click here you will no longer receive e-mail from our website. This can seriously reduce the functionality of our website! Your personal data is stored securely by G-Suite, G-Suite use cookies and other internet technologies that make it clear whether emails are opened and read. G-Suite reserve the right to use your data for the further improvement of the service and to share information with third parties. 

We send our e-mail newsletters with MailChimp. MailChimp will never use your name and e-mail address for your own purposes. At the bottom of every e-mail sent automatically via our website you will see the 'unsubscribe' link. You will no longer receive our newsletter. Your personal data is stored securely by MailChimp. We use the services of G-Suite & Google for our regular business e-mail traffic. This party has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent abuse, loss and corruption of our data as much as possible. G-Suite & Google does not have access to our mailbox and we treat all our e-mail traffic confidentially.

Payment processors
We use the platform of ING to handle a (part of) the payments in our webshop. ING process your name and your payment details such as your bank account or credit card number. ING has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data. ING reserve the right to use your data to further improve the service and to share (anonymised) data with third parties. All the above mentioned safeguards with regard to the protection of your personal data also apply to the parts of ING services for which they engage third parties. ING does not store your data for longer than allowed by the legal terms.

Reviews
We collect reviews via the Google platform. If you leave a review via Google then you are obliged to provide your name, place of residence and e-mail address. Google shares this information with us so that we can link the review to your order. Google also publishes your name and place of residence on your own website.
